SELF-GUIDED: (includes indoor areas) The Amiens Legacy Centre is open to the general public every Saturday from 10am to 1pm. Volunteers are on site to show you around both inside and outside the buildings, talk you through the displays, show screenings of our series of short documentary films and to answer any questions you may have.
Tours can be privately arranged at other times by contacting us at email@example.com. See more information below.
General entry (self-guided) is free however guided tours can be arranged by appointment at a cost of $5 per person and your group should allow at least one hour for a full tour, including screenings of the documentary films. We also offer a simple morning or afternoon tea for an extra $5 per person by pre-arrangement only.
Educational visits for school or community groups can be tailored to your specific needs. For example, tin panning demonstrations require specific equipment and must be pre-arranged.
For those interested in further self-guided tours of the Amiens Township (walking tour) and the Armistice Way (driving tour) these can be undertaken using the tour guide books that can be purchased from the Amiens Legacy Centre when open, or from the Stanthorpe Visitor Information centre in Leslie Parade, Stanthorpe.
