Membership

Become a member of the association and help promote the association's objectives and goals.

I/we wish to apply for membership of the Amiens History Association Inc. By selecting the SUBMIT button below, I/we agree to the following:

  • To support the aims of the Association and to abide by its model rules, policies and procedures.

  • That all activities I undertake as an ordinary member of the Association are completely voluntary and at my own risk.

  • That my application for membership needs to go to a vote at the next general or executive meeting before my membership is confirmed.

Membership fees

Membership fees are: ​

  • Adult $10.00pa

  • Child $5.00pa

NOTE: Our financial year is a calendar year. Membership on joining is until the end of the current year if joining prior to 1 November, or to the end of the following financial year if joining after 1 November.​

Instructions

Pay your membership as per the membership fees above and obtain a receipt number.

Complete the fields on the form and select SUBMIT.

The process is:

  1. Click on the button to download an interactive version of the membership application form.

  2. Save it to your computer. Complete the form and save it again.

  3. Pay your fees if you are paying them electronically.

  4. Email the form and proof of electronic payment to the membership coordinator at info@amiensqldhistory.com.  NOTE: Other payment options are on the form.
